Policies

Only cash & checks are accepted.  There will be a $20 fee for all returned check.  Tuition is calculated on an annual basis and broken up into 10 monthly payments for our customers convenience. Tuition is the same regardless of the amount of classes per month including snow days, school vacation, holidays and individual absences.  At the time of registration a $20 registration fee per student is required, $35 maximum per family and first months tuition is due.  Please notify the studio if your student is discontinuing class or you will be billed until the studio receives notification. 

Tuition is due the first day of the month, NOT the first class of the month, September thru June.  If tuition is not received by the 5^th day of the month a $10 late fee will be charged.  Registration fee and monthly tuition are non-refundable if a student misses or discontinues class. 

Attendance essential for students to progress throughout the year.  If a student will be absent please call or email the studio prior to the class time.  Students will be eligible to make-up class only if the studio has been notified of the absence and prior approval of a make-up class has occurred as many of our classes are at their maximum enrollment.  Choreography for our end-of-year performance will begin during the first week in January.  In order for all classmates to benefit, please make every effort to attend all classes- in the choreography stage, this is so important!

Students are encouraged but not required to participate in our end-of-year performance.  A $35 costume deposit, for each costume will be due on November 1, 2009.  Costume balance will be due December 1, 2009.  Costume deposit and balance are non-refundable.

The 2009/2010 schedule is subject to change based upon registration.  Eloquence Dance Centre reserves the right to cancel any class that has less then 5 students enrolled.  In the event of a cancelled class students will be placed in another class of an equal level.  If Eloquence Dance Centre cancels due to inclement weather and a class misses class 2 or more times students may make-up the class in an equivalent class.  If Littleton Public Schools cancels class there are no morning classes.  If Littleton Public Class dismisses school early due to inclement weather all afternoon and evening classes are cancelled.  If Littleton Public School cancels class please call the studio after 1pm to see if we will open.

Class Attire:   

Proper dance clothes and shoes must be worn at all times*.  Hair must be pulled back in a pony tail or bun for EVERY class regardless of the subject. 

Ballet- Leotard, tights, Skirt (optional)

Modern & Lyrical- Leotard, convertable tights, Capris/pants/shorts (optional)

Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop- Leotard, tights, capris/pants/shorts NO shorts for hip hop

Irish Step- Leotard, tights, capris/pants/shorts

Shoes:

Proper dance shoes must be worn at all times*.
